Susan Yun makes a vacation a vacation! From talking through the initial concept to offering us well-selected options (but not too many), she understands what we want and takes the hard work out of planning a trip, leaving in the fun. Looking after every detail with care, she tailored our itinerary with a balance of precise organization and flexibility--so that while we had activities and restaurants booked well in advance, we had the freedom to explore spontaneously. The extra perks she arranged at each hotel made us feel so special. It is always hard to see a vacation planned by Susan come to an end, but on the reluctant journey home, we are planning the next one!
